I have been an angler for over 40 years and more than 20 years ago my hobby, fish preparation, became my profession.
Since 1986, we have used the freeze-drying process. Therefore, we have the longest experience of using this preparation technique in Europe. Even in 1987, our work was awarded the golden seal of quality. Within the shortest period, we have succeeded in becoming the largest specialist business in Europe for fish preparations.
"Hofinger Tier-Präparationen" (‘Hofinger’s Animal Preparations’) currently employs 13 people and is in charge of delivery points in 7 European countries. Most of our work is exported.
